Two snared animals darted and treated in joint operation

This morning the teamwork of Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust, Zambezi Horse Safaris, Victoria Falls Anti Poaching Unit, David Carson and Zimparks paid off and we were able to locate and dart a snared male waterbuck with a bad snare on its right back leg and a male impala with a snare around the neck. The snares were removed, wounds treated and both animals are wire free back in the bush. We give thanks to these key members of our community who all work together to protect our wildlife.
