Snared Warthog Rescued

Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust working in conjunction with Victoria Falls Anti Poaching and Zimparks were able to immobilise and treat a female warthog who had been caught in a wire snare which had been become embedded in her muzzle.

Thanks to the quick action of all parties involved the warthog is expected to make a full recovery following the treatment.
