Bhejane Trust, a local Victoria Falls conservation organisation, has through the generosity of donors managed to secure 1,000 food packs for the Zimbabwe National Parks and Wildlife Management Rangers in the Victoria Falls and Northern Hwange region. Thanks to the incredible generosity of Pieter and Anthea Erasmus, through Shop to Shop in Cape Town, the 1,000 food parcels from South Africa will be allocated to National Parks rangers, Bhejane staff and associated conservation bodies. This generous donation represents four months of food supplies, with the Parks stations to benefit being Zambezi National Park and Katombora, Kazuma Pan, Sinamatella and Robins. This will represent a morale boost for struggling wildlife custodians who are on the frontlines protecting the wildlife in the region.
