Food Packs delivered to front line medical teams
Today Jafuta Foundation delivered 81 food packs to the front line medical team staff who assisted in the vaccination of the Victoria Falls community as a small token of thanks for their continued commitment and work to ensure the well-being and safety of this tourism community at the Gateway to Zimbabwe.
The food packs were provided by Miracle Missions, a non - profit organisation focused on supporting efforts in Nation Building, who are working in partnership with Jafuta Foundation.
Jafuta Foundation have been instrumental in the preparedness and response efforts to Covid-19 over the course of the last year, working as part of the Victoria Falls Covid-19 Taskforce, whilst continuing with their established and ongoing projects within the communities.
The medical teams in Victoria Falls and the surrounding regions have been exemplary in their relentless and consistent efforts to provide outstanding medical care, awareness and advice to the Victoria Falls community throughout the last 12 months.
Grateful thanks go to Zambezi Crocodiles for transporting this donation to Vic Falls, and the ever willing distribution team on the ground.
