If you are looking for a heart-stopping experience, then you cannot beat swimming at the very top of the falls. The Devil’s Pool is a natural pool located at the top of Victoria Falls in Zambia with a rock ledge on the lip of the actual Falls. Only accessible during the dry season when the water level is low enough for visitors to swim in the pool safely, the Devils Pool and ‘Livingstone island tour’ are available five times a day. The operation is run with safety as the highest priority. Departures take place from the Dry Manzi jetty launch site, with a five minute boat ride to navigate the rocky channels in the approach to Victoria Falls.
