With the most recent addition to Pure Africa's offering, The Eatery at the Pure Africa Waterfront offers a mesmerising location for culinary experiences of either lunch or dinner right on the banks of the Zambezi River in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. As with all the Pure Africa innovations, the focus on modern design and décor fitting seamlessly into the natural surroundings is topped only by their renowned chef serving freshly prepared culinary delicacies and top-notch service from the Pure Africa team.

Perched on the banks of the Zambezi River with Ilala palm trees and cascading manicured lawns, the Pure Africa Waterfront enjoys 110m of uninterrupted private river frontage. This is where the Eatery Dining Experience serves al fresco lunches and dinners, with crispy salads, roasted vegetables, freshly baked bread, home-made pasta and Zimbabwe beef prepared to perfection. Alongside these at dinner time find a selection of poitjie pots – traditional stews cooked patiently for hours over an open fire. The poitjies offered are Beef, Chicken and Vegetarian and bring you a true taste of wood-smoked Africa.

However it is not solely about the culinary experience, as Pure Africa is deeply committed to supporting community projects, a commitment that goes beyond their monthly monetary contributions. Pure Africa purchases vegetables and fruits grown by local farmers who are part of the Greenline Africa program that teaches, provides start-up finance and creates a market for their produce. These fresh well-nurtured local ingredients ensure the tastiest and most intense flavours. In addition, the drinking glasses served at the Eatery Dining Experience are fashioned from recycled bottles as part of Pure Africa's commitment to the environment. Working with Victoria Falls Recycling – part of Greenline Africa, and guided by Charlie Hewitt, the Eatery Dining Experience drinkware is now sustainable too. The stylish glasses are used to serve water, beer, cocktails, whiskey and more.

The Eatery at the Pure Africa Waterfront will be open for bookings once lockdown restrictions have been lifted and will be offering three-course lunch and dining experiences on a pre-booked reservation basis only. Guests who are booked to enjoy a Pure Africa Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi Explorer are encouraged to include dinner at The Eatery for a seamless experiences that eases their logistical arrangements and allows for a culinary journey to excite the tastebuds.

Pure Africa's latest offering: 'The Eatery at the Pure Africa Waterfront’ is yet another example of the continued investments taking place in and around Victoria Falls to offer distinctive and diverse experiences to travellers visiting Victoria Falls.
